directly to lashes or the lower lash line.

No, GrandeLASH-Sensitive is specifically formulated for use along the upper lash line
only and should not be applied to the lower lash line or brows. Applying the serum to
these areas is misapplication and can increase the risk of product accidentally getting
into the eyes, which may lead to irritation - even with a gentle formula.

Using the same applicator on both your lashes and brows can introduce cross-
contamination. The delicate skin around the eyes is more sensitive than the skin on the brow area, and transferring bacteria or debris between these zones can compromise eye health and hygiene. The applicator was intentionally designed for precise lash line application, not for broader brow coverage.

We do not recommend using GrandeLASH-Sensitive with eyelash extensions or
immediately after a lash lift. While it’s designed for sensitive eyes, the formula does
contain oils, such as Sunflower Seed Oil and Grape Seed Extract, which may
compromise the adhesive used for lash extensions or alter the effects of a lash lift.
