Shipping & Returns
Merchandise ordered on GrandeCosmetics.com can be shipped to all 50 United States, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO boxes.
*Note we currently do not ship GrandeCosmetics.com purchases internationally due to limitations with our new website but plan to add International again in early 2020.
You can track your order at any time online by logging into your account. You will need to provide your email address and order number. You also can track your order by clicking on the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email, you may also contact our Customer Service team.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns may be made up to 90 days from your delivery date for a full refund of your purchase amount. We are committed to offering our customers the finest products available. If you feel the products you receive from Grande Cosmetics does not meet this expectation, simply return the product and we would be happy to remit your account for the full amount of the purchase. Exchanges of unopened items are also accepted up to 90 days of delivery.
