General Shipping Info

Merchandise ordered on GrandeCosmetics.com can be shipped to all 50 United States, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO boxes. Sorry, but we are not offering International shipping at this time. 

You can track your order at any time online by logging into your account. You will need to provide your email address and order number. You also can track your order by clicking on the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email, you may also contact our Customer Service team.

We offer the following shipping methods for online orders:


Domestic orders: free standard ground shipping on all orders $50+.

International orders: As noted below.  

Please note: we do not ship to freight forwarders or postal forwarders

**We currently don’t ship to other US Territories including Guam and the US Virgin Islands.

*FREE SHIPPING: Free Domestic Ground Shipping on all orders must be selected at checkout. Applies to standard ground shipping only, excludes expedited shipping. Offer may not be applied to prior purchases. Other restrictions and exclusions may apply. Offers and promotions may be discontinued or revoked at any time. Offer valid through January 1, 2024 at 3 am EST. Available only at grandecosmetics.com

Returns & Exchanges

Domestic returns or exchanges: Returns may be made up to 90 days from your delivery date for a full refund of your purchase amount. We are committed to offering our customers the finest products available. If you feel the products you receive from Grande Cosmetics does not meet this expectation, simply return the product and we would be happy to remit your account for the full amount of the purchase. Exchanges of unopened items are also accepted up to 90 days of delivery.
