"Rating is for the GREAT PRODUCT, if you have issues, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Either poor shipping or bottle quality, 2 shampoo bottles leaked all over the packaging, box, and other products. The conditioner and styling bottle were fine. I kept pictures and emailed right away, wet, sticky, what a mess. I only received a generic reply and no actual human response, just more advertising. The only reason I kept the products sent to me is the products had a great sale and I did not lose money, and was able to at least get the product. I had trouble even getting the product from my local supplier, possibly an issue with that particular franchise. So, I bought directly from Grande Hair instead, I will not do it again. All I needed was a little concern from the company…bummer."

"I bought this shampoo after using the Grande peptide shampoo for a year and I was very disappointed both in the way this shampoo made my hair feel and with the very strong fragrance that Grande used in this product. I expected better after using the other Grande product for a year."

"I ordered the last serum and was sent shampoo and conditioner samples. This stuff was awful! My hair looked stringy, frizzy and greasy by end of day. I thought a few more uses and maybe it would be different. Sadly disappointed. I used my regular shampoo and conditioner today for a full week of comparison and my hair was alive again. The lash serum is hands down my favorite but these were not wins for me. I look forward to trying other products. This didn't discourage me from trying other things."
