Do's & Don'ts for Proper Application

Start with a completely
clean, dry face

Don’t apply over makeup, over other skincare products, or to wet skin

Wipe off any excess serum on the edge of the bottle

Don’t use serum in excess or allow it to drip into eye

How do I apply GrandeLASH-MD?
1.
Start with a completely clean, dry face.
2.
Wipe off any excess serum on the edge of bottle.
3.
Apply a single stroke to each eyelid, following your upper lash line (like a liquid eyeliner).
4.
Use one dip into the bottle and one single stroke for both upper lash lines.
5.
Allow area to dry 2-3 minutes before rubbing eyes, laying down or applying additional products.
6.
Apply once per day for the first 3-months.
7.
After desired results are achieved, apply every other day for maintenance.
Where should I apply GrandeLASH-MD?
GrandeLASH-MD should be applied to your eyelid, along your upper lash lines only.
Do not apply it to your bottom lashline, your lashes themselves, in the eye, in the inner tear duct area, or anywhere else.
If GrandeLASH-MD
Can I use GrandeLASH-MD on the lower lashline?
No, GrandeLASH-MD should not be applied to the lower lash line because it can easily get into the eye and cause discomfort when doing so.
What should I do if GrandeLASH-MD gets into my eye?
If GrandeLASH-MD accidentally gets into your eye, simply flush with cool water until it is completely removed.
Can I use GrandeLASH-MD with eyelash extensions or falsies?
Yes, GrandeLASH-MD is water-based, so it's compatible for use with lash extensions!
Will GrandeLASH-MD work faster if I use it more than once per day?
While it might be tempting, using more GrandeLASH-MD than directed or applying it more frequently will not yield quicker or better results!
Apply GrandeLASH-MD once a day, using one dip into the bottle for both lash lines. With consistent daily use, your lashes will appear longer and thicker looking. If you’re not totally satisfied, we have a no-hassle, 90-day return policy.
What else is important to know before using GrandeLASH-MD?
Please be sure to read instructions carefully and the warning information that can be found on our website and within our box inserts.
When applied as directed, GrandeLASH-MD should not get into the eyes. A very small number of users have reported temporary eye redness and itchiness, dry eyes, watering of the eyes, sensitivity, styes, irritation of eyelid and eye and/or temporary darkening of skin around the eye area where the product is applied. It is not known whether GrandeLASH-MD or some other factor caused the reported reactions. Stop use immediately if you experience these or other symptoms. If symptoms persist, seek medical attention.
Since we did not test GrandeLASH-MD under these circumstances, consult your doctor before use if you are:
ㅤㅤㅤ- Pregnant or nursing
ㅤㅤㅤ- Under the age of 18
ㅤㅤㅤ- Prone to dry eyes or styes
ㅤㅤㅤ- Undergoing chemotherapy
Keep out of reach of children. If redness or irritation occurs, stop using the product. Consult physician if you are being treated for an eye-related condition.
Will my eyelashes return to their original appearance if I discontinue use of the product?
Just like hair, your lashes have a natural cycle, including natural shedding. We actually lose an average of 1-2 lashes per day!
GrandeLASH-MD requires continued use to maintain its benefits. After completing the initial 3-months, use it every other day to maintain your fabulous looking lashes.
Can I use GrandeLASH-MD if I have sensitive skin?
While sensitivity is rare, there is always a possibility whenever introducing a new skincare product.
Some may also experience discomfort when not using the product sparingly or exactly as directed. Please follow directions carefully and do not get product into the eyes.
