Grande Rewards has three tiers. You start at the base tier when you sign up, and unlock the next tiers at $150 and $300 spent. Each tier unlocks better perks, from bonus points multipliers to early access to sales and new products.
Yes, points expire individually based on when they were earned — exactly 12 months from the date they're earned. For example, if you placed an order on June 16, 2026, all points earned from that order would expire on June 16, 2027. We'll send you a reminder by email before your points expire, so you always have time to use them.
